Texas: Gesetzentwurf fordert 100 Dollar Strafe für Masturbation

Die Amerikaner waren schon immer sehr fortschrittlich 😉

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob damit öffentlich Handgreiflichkeiten gemeint sind, oder wie man das in den privaten Räumen überwachen will.
